A Series of Fortunate Events: Movement, an exhibition at the Sertoma Arts Center in Raleigh in partnership with Arts Access features works by artists with disabilities. Gillian has one painting, Mountain Magic at this show.
Arts Access will also host an artist reception on Sunday, July 24, 2-4 p.m. at Sertoma Arts Center.

Gillian will have 3 prints of her paintings on display at the REVOLVE Gallery in Asheville during August and September 2022. There will be a reception for the artists July 31st, 2022. This gallery show will focus on the art works from 31 disabled artists.

• PREVIOUS GALLERY SHOWINGS
Gillian had 13 paintings on display at THE BEE HIVE, in Carrboro across the street from Weaver Market. This display was open from May 1st to June 29th, 2022. She sold one painting at this exhibit.
The Womens Club of Raleigh had an exhibit during the month of February 2022, which included three of Gillian’s paintings. She sold one painting at that exhibit.
The Durham JCC also had 3 of her paintings in a virtual exhibit in February & March of 2022, and she sold her Egyptian Cat painting at that Exhibit.
We unfortunately said goodby to Margarete’s Cantina this last March 2022. Young who ran Margarete’s, allowed Gillian’s 23 pieces of art work to stay up in her restaurant for two years, since the start of the Pandemic.
Art Unblocked 2021 was part of Arts Access‘ Series of Fortunate Events. Gillian had three of her paintings in that physical and virtual Gallery.
The exhibit was on view at the Block Gallery from March 3 – May 14, 2021.

In 2020, Gillian had two paintings on display thanks to the Arts Access folks at a gallery in Raleigh as the Pandemic started. There was also a virtual version of the same gallery showing. Gillian sold her Paris City of Lights painting through that event.
• Nine of Gillian’s paintings were on display at Special Treats Chocolate shop, in the Timberlyne Shopping Center before they closed the location.
• 28 of Gillian’s paintings were at Open Eye Cafe in Carborro, NC for the month of February 2018
and we hosted a reception there during Chapel Hill, Carrboro’s 2nd Friday Art Walk, Friday February 9th, 2018
• Several of Gillian’s art works were on display at the Durham JCC, in February 2018 and again in February 2019 and 2020.
• Gillian’s Art was on display for the Months of July and August of 2017 at Joe Van Gogh Cafe.
• Gillian’s Art was on display for the Month of April 2017 at The Reynolds Theatre on the Duke Campus in association with Extraordinary Ventures Art Class. URL for this event is here.
• Gillian’s Paintings were on display at Caffé Driade for the month of May, 2016, and we hosted a reception there during Chapel Hill’s 2nd Friday Art Walk Friday May 13th, 2016.
• Gillian exhibited one of her paintings in the community art show at the Carrboro Art Center in September and again in December, 2015 and December 2017.
